Notice text

The Wyeth Fishing Access Site Project, part of the Columbia River Treaty Fishing Access Sites (CRTFAS) program, is an authorized project for the mitigation of lost Native American treaty fishing access resulting from construction of Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River. Ultimately this project will re-establish Columbia River Treaty Fishing Activities for the four treaty tribes. The Wyeth site is the 29th site that the USACE has developed to re-establish access.

Project elements at the Wyeth site include roadway design, a grade separated crossing over existing Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) tracks, marine structures (including a boat dock, a boat ramp, and breakwaters), vault toilets, and campground facilities. In addition to the Wyeth site work, repair of the dock, pilings and gangway located at Stanley Rock Fishing Access Site will be part of the DB contract.
