This is a reminder that it is the company's responsibility to check FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) for any updates to government opportunities posted in FBO.
The SF 330 qualification package is exempt the from the 60 page limitation per question 24 Amendment 2. There is no page limitation for Part II.
As stated under L.2 - ENTIRE QUALIFICATIONS PACKAGE SUBMISSION of the original combined synopsis/solicitation, qualification submission shall be submitted on 8-1/2 x 11 paper. Front and back side use of a single page will count as 2 pages. The SF 330s shall not be smaller than 12 font type.
Multiple awards will be issued from this one announcement.
All interested vendors, regardless of size, are encouraged to provide requested qualification documents as detailed in the above referenced announcement. This anncouncemen is open to all sources.
We, at NRCS, thank you for your interest in our Request for Qualifications and look forward to receiving your responses.

The Government intends to award up to six (6) nationwide contracts for Architectural/Engineering Services. The selected contractors will provide a full range of A/E services related to design, oversight, planning and preparation of technical reports, plans and specifications, drawing review, technical analysis, engineering evaluations, studies, consultations, and surveys associated with the design of select physical plant and infrastructure repair, renovation, modification, replacement or upgrade of existing USDA, NRCS facilities and offered real property located throughout the United States.
A multiple-award, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery (IDIQ) type contract is anticipated, with one base year and four (4) one-year option periods. A maximum of six (6) contracts will be awarded. Each contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $250,000.00 over the five (5) year period, and a not to exceed maximum of $60,000,000.00 over the five year period. These will be one year contracts with four (4), one year option periods.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Technical questions and/or clarifications to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than May 18, 2009 via email to Denise.Brooks@wdc.usda.gov. Responses will be provided, via amendment and posted on FedBizOpps , no later than May 22, 2009. Questions received after this deadline will not be addressed. No phone calls will be accepted.
