Update #3 · Latest ·
This Amendment clarifies the requirements for SF 330 submittals related to this Synopsis/Solicitation. The previous Amendment stipulated only SF 330 Pt II's were required for submission in response to this Synopsis/Solicitation. Due to the nature of this procurement it has been determined BOTH Part I and Part II of the SF 330 are required. The Response date to this Synopsis/Solicitation has been extended to October 2, 2009.
Update #2 ·
This amendment defines the requirement for SF 330 Part II's only in response to this solicitation. No specific project has been identified as yet and therefore interested parties are to submit SF 330 Part II only.
This amendment also confirms the Response date to this solicitation is September 25, 2009
Update #1 ·
RECOVERY: Provide geotechnical engineering evaluations consisting of standard penetration test per ASTM D1586; USCS soil classifications; estimate piling lengths; estimate earth pressure coefficients; and soil bearing capacities, recommending appropriate foundation systems for reconstructed crossings. Perform Topographic Site Surveys (site survey/shot density) consistent with providing a 1 ft. contour map. Limits of the survey may vary between project sites. Surveys can be assumed to be developed from a locally assumed benchmark. Electronic data/drawings shall be compatible with RoadEng by SoftTree (softree.com). Provide technical support in development of USFS plans for construction of crossings to include developing plan sheets as directed by government personnel.
