ARRA - The purpose of this order is to prepare a draft Project Management Plan (PMP) for the Ecorse Creek Flood Risk Management General Reevaluation Report. The contractor will review the Corps July 1987 Feasibility Report for Flood Protection in the Ecorse Creek Drainage Basin, Wayne County, Michigan and the 2008 Wayne County North Branch of the Ecorse Creek Flood Control Study, identify data gaps, list data gaps, provide a detailed project plan and cost estimate for filling data gaps, and a write up showing what was reviewed, the data gaps, and estimated cost to obtain. They will then describe the activities required and cost of completing a GRR to Corps standards.
