RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912BU-08-D-0005. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Biohabitats, Inc., 2081 Clipper Park Road, Baltimore, MD 21211 for the Southampton Creek Stream Restoration Project. The goal of this project is to restore bank stability, improve aquatic habitat, and reestablish the sediment transport cycle along an approximately 2-mile stretch of Southampton Creek. Work is to start immediately upon award and has a completion date of 1 November 2010. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered.
