Each chiller must meet the following technical requirements:
1. 750 ton water-cooled centrifugal chiller, cooling 1634 gpm of water from 55.0F to 44.0F when supplied with 2250 gpm of condenser water at 85.0F.
2. 460 v, 3 phase, 60 Hertz with Variable Speed Drive (VSD), controls at 115 v, single phase. VSD shall be factory mounted and wired.
