About this opportunity
The Department of Justice (DOJ) Justice Management Division has issued a Special Notice for the Reconciliation Working Group, posted on November 17, 2025. This opportunity seeks a qualified firm to provide technical, accounting, and analyst capabilities to reconcile election information under the guidance of Executive Order 14248. The engagement is structured as a no-cost contract with an anticipated execution date of November 30, 2025. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement by November 20, 2025, demonstrating their service offerings and analytical approach. This initiative reflects DOJ's effort to restore public confidence in elections through comprehensive data reconciliation and analysis.
The primary objective of this engagement is to reconcile election-related data, including ballots, voter registrations, and other historical election information as it becomes available, ultimately producing a comprehensive report for DOJ by December 31, 2025. Interested contractors must submit a capabilities statement that outlines their firm's technical expertise, accounting capabilities, analytical resources, and proposed methodology for analyzing the election data. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to contract award to maintain eligibility for this opportunity. The contract will operate under specified terms and conditions provided as an attachment to the Special Notice. Given the compressed timeline, prospective contractors should prioritize rapid submission of their capabilities statements to meet the November 20, 2025 deadline.
