About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking to procure a 50 MB dedicated commercial lease for intra-European telecommunications services through this Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a restricted access solicitation requiring entities to be registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification to access the complete documentation. Telecommunication providers must comply with standard FAR commercial item provisions and existing DITCO Basic Agreements, with all pricing structured as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The evaluation will follow a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Quotations are due by September 25, 2025, and this combined synopsis/solicitation constitutes the only formal solicitation document that will be issued.

No small business set-aside has been designated for this procurement, making it unrestricted competition among qualified telecommunications providers. The solicitation references Amendment 0001 to the original solicitation HC102125QA118, though no specific incumbent contractors are mentioned in the available documentation. While exact contract values are not disclosed, the procurement involves establishing dedicated commercial telecommunications connectivity within European markets. The service involves a 50 MB dedicated capacity requirement, though the specific service duration and performance locations within Europe are detailed in the attached RFQ documents that are only accessible to verified, registered entities. The requested service date and detailed acceptance criteria are outlined in the restricted-access documentation.
