About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking quotations for a 200 MB dedicated commercial telecommunication circuit with endpoints within Africa through Amendment 0001 to solicitation HC102126QA038. This is a restricted access requirement limited to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), who must provide their UEI or CAGE code to access solicitation attachments. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items and constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. Offerors must comply with standard FAR commercial item provisions and clauses, and all quoted prices must be clearly identified by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The deadline for quotation submission is March 6, 2026, with the solicitation having been posted on January 27, 2026.

No small business set-aside applies to this procurement. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or specify a particular award value or budget range. While the specific timeline for service delivery and acceptance criteria are contained in the attached RFQ document, those details are not disclosed in this notice. The place of performance is Africa, with the exact service endpoints and additional numerical service details to be found in the complete RFQ documentation available only to qualified, registered telecommunication providers. Interested contractors should note that this is a commercial item acquisition subject to Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and existing Defense Information Systems Agency basic agreements.
