About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking quotes for a 10MB commercial circuit connecting locations within Europe through this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial telecommunications services. This restricted access procurement requires entities to be registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification to access attachments. Telecommunications providers must submit quotes including monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and tier pricing for additional service months, while complying with FAR commercial item provisions and existing basic agreement terms. The solicitation functions as a request for quote with no separate written solicitation to follow, and the requested service date and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached RFQ documentation. The quote submission deadline is October 14, 2025, with the original posting date of August 19, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designation and is open to all qualifying telecommunications carriers. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation notice, nor are specific award values or budget ranges disclosed for this intra-European circuit requirement. The solicitation focuses on a single 10MB commercial telecommunications circuit to be established between European locations, though specific endpoints are not detailed in the public portion of the notice. Performance will occur within the European theater to support Defense Information Systems Agency connectivity requirements. Additional technical specifications, service locations, and performance requirements are contained within the restricted access attachments available only to registered telecommunications providers with appropriate NAICS code registration.
