About this opportunity

The Bureau of Reclamation published a pre-solicitation notice for native fish monitoring services within Reach 4/5 of the Lower Colorado River Basin in California. The notice seeks non-personal services to conduct larval surveys, remote PIT scanning surveys, and broad scale telemetry for razorback suckers over a five-year period to inform the Interior Region 8 Lower Colorado Basin Multi-Species Conservation Program.

The Bureau will award a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option periods following FAR Part 12 and 15 requirements. The purpose of the monitoring is to provide management information on future study areas. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management and this is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. Contractors must meet eligibility criteria for small businesses and follow submission deadlines and instructions contained in the pre-solicitation notice. The point of contact for any questions is Maribel Ruble at the Bureau of Reclamation.
