About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking to re-award a 100 MB commercial telecommunications circuit located in Southwest Asia. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ) for wired telecommunications services under NAICS code 517111, specifically targeting telecommunication providers who can meet restricted access requirements. Potential bidders must submit access requests including their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) or CAGE code for verification, with any incomplete submissions being automatically rejected. The contract will be awarded using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with evaluation criteria detailed in the attached RFQ document. Interested providers must submit their quotes by June 2, 2025, following specific commercial item terms and conditions outlined in various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions.
No small business set-aside has been designated for this solicitation, indicating the opportunity is open to all qualified telecommunications carriers. The contract represents a re-award of a fiscal year 2020 requirement, suggesting continuity of an existing telecommunications service. Providers must submit pricing structured as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and potential tier pricing for additional service months. While specific award values are not disclosed, the solicitation covers a 100 MB commercial circuit, implying a targeted, specific telecommunications infrastructure need in the Southwest Asia region. The procurement will follow standard government contracting protocols, incorporating specific FAR clauses and DITCO Basic Agreements to ensure comprehensive compliance with federal procurement standards.
