About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command seeks to award a delivery order to Raytheon Intelligence and Space Company to update cyber security and operations security plans. Raytheon currently holds multiple government contracts requiring such updates. The agency will award sole source based on Raytheon possessing necessary engineering and technical data as the only source able to satisfy requirements. Interested parties have 15 days to identify capabilities to respond, though the government retains discretion to not compete the order.
No set-aside was designated. The attached justification detailed a previous award to Bell Boeing Joint Program Office under NAICS code 336411 for V-22 aircraft survivability equipment and engineering valued at $17,129,810 to be performed in Philadelphia. The current solicitation anticipates awarding an order to Raytheon to update plans at their Indianapolis location on an indefinite delivery basis.
