Question 3: Will you allow a track loader pushing a small dump trailer for aggregate delivery if each is less than 10,000 lbs GVW?
Answer 3. The answer is no. The combined weight along with maneuverability issues on a narrow trail with tight curves would make operating two vehicles in this manner impacting.

Questions and Answers
No information given on this document amends the solicitation.
Question 1: The drawings call for geotextile fabric under the aggregate, while the instructions call for geotextile fabric along with other methods of floating the trail as needed. My question is, does the USFS have a spec on the acceptable geotextile fabric to be used?
Answer 1. Geotextile to meet the requirements of FP-03, Section 714, Type II C.
Question 2: The large rock designated for the rest areas is heavier than a vehicle under 10,000 GVW can move or place.
Answer 2. Two boulders may be substituted for the single large boulder on the Rest Area if the two boulders are selected and placed to fit together and to provide similar size, function, and appearance as the originally specified single boulder
