The RALT transmits and receives at 4.4GHz, which can only be realized by using discrete and switchable fiber optic delay lines of 1.0167usec, 10.167usec, 0usec, and 11.1837usec. The accuracy of these delay lines needs to be within 1%. In order to work with the existing test stand control interface used to switch between the fiber optic delay lines, the simulator needs to use two open/28Vdc control lines. 519 SMXS requires selected delay values displayed by LED indicators and switching time of.
