About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a spares procurement for a PN: 10025-1 component for the P8 aircraft, specifically a RADOME part. This solicitation will utilize competitive procedures, with firms required to submit Firm Fixed Prices for their quotes. The procurement is strictly limited to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), aircraft prime contractors, or suppliers providing FAA-Certified parts with an FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag. Quotes must be submitted via email to Dylan.e.payne.civ@us.navy.mil by 04:30 PM EST on June 30, 2025, with late submissions automatically disqualified. The government will evaluate offers based on three factors in order of importance: 1) Price, 2) Delivery, and 3) Past Performance, with the intent to award to the most advantageous responsible offeror.
This solicitation is not set aside for any specific business category and falls under the NAICS category 334220 for Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The procurement is associated with Product Service Code 5985 for Antennas, Waveguides, and Related Equipment. While specific award value is not detailed, the contract allows for early and incremental deliveries, and if only one acceptable quote is received, the competitive procedures will shift to sole source negotiations. The contract includes a 365-day warranty period, with defects discoverable within 45 days of delivery subject to correction. The solicitation is issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command, a defense agency, and represents a targeted procurement for specialized aircraft components.
