Interested parties who believe they can provide similar services may respond to the contracting officer by February 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. However, this is not a competitive solicitation, and the government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the proposed contract. The services covered include financial planning and legal advice specifically tailored to the needs of injured veterans and their caregivers, as mandated by the VA MISSION Act of 2018. Contractors should note that this is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
