About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a sole-source contract to Red Duke Strategies LLC for the integration of the Jupiter Intelligence System database with the VA's Praedico BioSurveilence system. This integration is required to support the VA's Public Health National Program Office (PHNPO) in identifying and creating actionable interventions around climate-related health risks to U.S. Veterans.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to conduct market research and determine if any other viable sources exist for this requirement. The VA intends to award a 12-month, firm-fixed-price contract to Red Duke Strategies, the sole distributor of the Jupiter Intelligence System, under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties must respond to the attached Market Research Questionnaire by August 28, 2024, providing information on their company's socioeconomic status, capabilities, past experience, and pricing estimates. The VA will use this information to decide whether to compete the proposed requirement or proceed with the sole-source award to Red Duke Strategies.

Services will be performed during a 12-month period.
