This is a sources-sought announcement only; no solicitation is currently available and the Government will not pay for submitted information or make procurement decisions based solely on responses.
The anticipated contract calls for two contractors to serve as authorized representatives of CPIVH, recruiting, training, and supervising community health workers to conduct tailored outreach, needs assessment, and resource connection for Veterans across Hawaii, the continental U.S., and U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands. The performance period is projected as a one-year base from September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027. Contractors must demonstrate extensive experience in Pacific Island cultures, Veterans' communities, and community-based health programs. Contractors must meet monthly with VA CPIVH Co-Leads and submit quarterly progress reports.
NAICS code 624190 applies with a $16 million small business size standard. Respondents must be registered in SAM; SDVOSB and VOSB firms require SBA verification. Interested contractors should email capabilities statements and company information to Lydia Anderson at Lydia.anderson@va.gov, addressing experience in similar services, government and commercial project examples, subcontracting details complying with FAR 52.219-14 and 52.219-27, capacity to serve four locations simultaneously, and a price estimate.
