Offerors must submit a Past Performance Summary Sheet documenting one to three relevant contracts with associated CPARS ratings demonstrating prior pyrotechnics airshow experience. Payment submissions will be processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) using the specified routing data, and all contractors must comply with prevailing wage determinations established by the Department of Labor for Sutter and Yuba Counties, California, which include hazardous pay differentials of 4-8 percent for ordnance and explosives work.
