The procurement requirement totals 196 units with a 100 percent option for an additional quantity, though no specific award value or budget range has been disclosed at this pre-solicitation stage. Interested firms should note that any proprietary or trade secret information submitted will be protected under 18 U.S.C. Applicants claiming small business status must ensure their designation is verifiable in the System for Award Management (SAM), and firms should reference the Army's Source Approval Program for additional program guidance.
