About this opportunity
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation anticipates issuing RFP SPRTA1-27-R-0100 for 19 each (range 5-29) of centrifugal pumps under NSN 4320-01-374-0685, with an estimated issue date of November 18, 2026. Contractors must be an approved source, and CEF Industries, LLC (00268) is the listed qualified source. The acquisition will not be set aside.
The notice gives an estimated closing date of December 18, 2026, but the structured due date field reads November 18, 2026. Delivery is required on or before August 3, 2027, to SW3211, Tinker AFB, OK. The item is part number 8602M1, applies to the B-2, and is a spare. The pump measures 4.75 by 3.368 by 3.368 inches, weighs 7.5 pounds, and is aluminum alloy. Prior buys were 2 each from CEF Industries in 2011 and 4 each from Aero Precision Industries LLC (0ZTJ5) in 2014.
UID requirements apply. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to manufacture the item, so the notice encourages firms to contact the OEM about data rights. Foreign-owned firms should contact the contracting officer or program manager before submitting a proposal. The technology has military or space application, export control requirements are listed as "No," and surplus is not authorized. The notice suggests small businesses seek subcontracting arrangements with the listed firms.
