The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following Quantity 1 Job.JP Innovations (JPI) designed and manufactured the pulse power units for a previous Navy program. These pulse power units are now planned to be used for a new effort which will require modification and interface to existing Government hardware. in accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to: JP Innovation, 7909 281st Drive SE, Monroe, WA 98272 due to the unique features of the design require the knowledge of the design and would be considered proprietary to JPI. The pulse power units have unique adaptable characteristics that, by their design, allow them to support a variety of applications (all existing hardware). Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N6893617Q0069 the modification and interface to existing Government hardware may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
