About this opportunity
This Pre-Solicitation Notice seeks capability statements from businesses for a Site Assessment Report and Site Restoration Plan to evaluate and restore dairy farmland parcels damaged by potholes. The Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation intends to determine contractor availability to provide a native species inventory, assess climate and physical features, and develop restoration plans outlining equipment, techniques, timelines, and access for replanting and mitigating soil conditions. Responses are due by March 25, 2024 and shall include company information, UEI Number, and business size designation.
The opportunity is set aside for total small business and responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. No reimbursement will be provided. The restoration plan must propose diverse native and culturally significant vegetation plantings, irrigation options, and equipment access over varying surface water depths seasonally. This pre-solicitation provides market research for planning purposes only and is not a request for contract award.
