About this opportunity

The justification document proposes awarding the follow-on contract to the incumbent Napa County Sheriff's Office as the only law enforcement agency with jurisdiction in the area that can provide armed personnel authorized to make arrests and enforce state laws as required. Pricing and the overall value of the contract will be determined through negotiations, but it is expected to continue services for the base year plus four option years.
