About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a telecommunications service provider to establish and maintain a dedicated ACC/LMON service with 25 MB bandwidth between two specific locations: Building 29 at 175 Falcon Drive in Westfield, Massachusetts, and 100 Bowditch Street in New London, Connecticut. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products and services under NAICS code 517111, specifically targeting wired telecommunications carriers. The procurement will utilize a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process to evaluate vendor quotes, with evaluation criteria detailed in the attached solicitation. Interested vendors must submit quotes that include monthly recurring and non-recurring charges, addressing the specific service requirements and complying with the specified Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses. The quote submission deadline is May 12, 2025, with vendors expected to provide comprehensive pricing and technical details for the telecommunications service.

This solicitation does not include a small business set-aside and is open to all qualified telecommunications service providers. The product service code for this requirement is DG11, focusing on network satellite communications and telecom access services. While specific award values are not disclosed in the solicitation, vendors will be expected to provide detailed pricing for the dedicated service connection between the two specified locations. The service timeline and implementation details will be contingent on the selected vendor's proposal and DISA's specific requirements. The place of performance encompasses the two designated locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut, with the contractor responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining the specified telecommunications service. Vendors must carefully review the attached solicitation documents, which incorporate standard commercial products and services terms and conditions, to ensure full compliance with the RFQ requirements.
