About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a commercial internet service provider to deliver and maintain a high-speed internet connection at 900 Lamington Rd in Bedminster, New Jersey. The procurement requires a minimum internet service with 20 MB upload and download speeds, classified under NAICS code 517111 for Wired Telecommunications Carriers. This solicitation is structured as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will utilize the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process to evaluate potential vendors. Interested providers must submit quotes that include both monthly recurring and non-recurring charges, following specific line item (CLIN) description guidelines. The solicitation is open from May 6, 2025, with quotes due by June 6, 2025, and incorporates standard Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses for commercial products and services.

The contract opportunity is not designated as a small business set-aside, meaning businesses of all sizes can compete for the telecommunications service requirement coded as DG11. No specific award value or budget range is explicitly stated in the documentation, and details about potential incumbent contractors are not provided. The service will be delivered at a single location in Bedminster, New Jersey, suggesting this is likely a targeted, site-specific internet connectivity procurement. Vendors must comply with the detailed evaluation criteria outlined in the attached solicitation documents, which will assess technical capabilities and pricing. The contract appears to be focused on establishing a reliable, high-speed internet connection with specific performance parameters, emphasizing the importance of meeting the minimum 20 MB speed requirement for the designated site.
