About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking commercial internet service providers to provide, install, and maintain high-speed internet connectivity with minimum upload and download speeds of 20 megabits per second. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 for commercial products and services, with NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and product service code DG11 for telecommunications requirements. Offerors must submit quotes structured as monthly recurring charges and non-recurring charges, adhering to specific FAR provisions including commercial products and services terms and conditions. The procurement will utilize a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process to evaluate submitted quotes. The original solicitation was posted on May 12, 2025, with an amended quote due date of June 19, 2025, reflecting updates to locations and extended submission deadlines.
This procurement does not include any small business set-aside designation and is open to all qualified telecommunications providers. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation documentation, nor are specific award values or budget ranges disclosed. The internet service must be delivered to a single location at 900 Lamington Road, Bedminster, New Jersey 07921, serving as the place of performance for installation and ongoing maintenance activities. The solicitation represents a straightforward telecommunications requirement for standard commercial internet service with clearly defined minimum speed specifications. Contract terms will follow standard federal acquisition regulations for commercial services, with pricing transparency required through the separation of recurring and non-recurring cost components.
