About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting telecommunications services to establish, install, and maintain a channelized OC-12 (622.08 Mbps) telecommunications link between Building 700, Room 116 at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Georgia and Building 857, Room 122 at Maxwell Air Force Base Gunter Annex in Alabama. This combined synopsis/solicitation serves as the only solicitation document, with no separate written solicitation to be issued, and is classified under NAICS code 517111 for wired telecommunications carriers. The procurement requires vendors to provide comprehensive quotes that include both monthly recurring charges and non-recurring charges, with detailed line item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure. The evaluation will be conducted using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The quote due date is September 17, 2025, with the solicitation originally posted on April 15, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designation and is open to all qualified contractors. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation documentation. While specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed, the requirement involves establishing a high-capacity 622.08 Mbps telecommunications connection, suggesting a substantial contract value typical of enterprise-level telecommunications services. The performance locations are specifically identified as two military installations in the southeastern United States, with the primary service requirement being the connection between Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Georgia and Maxwell Air Force Base Gunter Annex in Alabama. The solicitation incorporates standard Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses for commercial products and services, with contract terms governed by the DITCO Basic Agreement provisions.
