About this opportunity
This solicitation notice is seeking proposals for the repair of a MARINE PROPELLER. The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is procuring these repair services. Key requirements include meeting all operational and functional requirements represented by the item's CAGE code and reference number, performing repairs according to standard practices and manuals, and meeting all quality assurance and inspection requirements. Proposals are due by June 2, 2020 and will be evaluated based on pricing, turnaround time, CAGE codes for inspection and packaging facilities, and responsiveness to the scope of work.
There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The primary NAICS code is 336611 and PSC code is J019. The incumbent contractor was not named but the solicitation indicates an undefinitized contract action will likely be issued. No specific award values were included but the scope requests not-to-exceed pricing for repairs and new item costs for comparison. The place of performance was not stated but government source inspection is required.
