About this opportunity

The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing services for the AN/AAR-57(V) Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The required services include engineering study and analysis, advanced IR missile jam code development, system software development and sustainment, logistics, system integration and installation, and testing support. The contractor must have the capability to support approximately 2,400 CMWS units already fielded. Additionally, the contractor must possess the capability and experience to produce or manage the production of CMWS B-Kits for international customers. This requirement would be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee task orders for services and Firm Fixed Price delivery orders for the CMWS B-Kits.

There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The government does not have verified and validated Technical Data Packages for the AN/AAR-57(V) CMWS, so this would not be a competitive procurement at this time. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than 10 pages by October 10, 2024 at 1700 CST. The information gathered will be used for preliminary planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the government to award a contract.
