Contractor shall provide all required equipment, parts, materials and labor to perform roof tear off and replacement on the flat roofs located on Buildings 19/20 Elevator lobby, Building 20 Flat roof and 21 north stairwell. This work shall consist of stripping the existing flat roof, counter flashing and wall flashings down to the main support structure work and removal as construction debris.
