The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Contracting Division, awarded five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Program and Integration Support (PAIS) V on 31 July 2012 to: Booz Allen Hamilton, Science Applications International Corporation, Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure, Teledyne Brown Engineering, and Tetra Tech NUS, Inc. The contracts will provide program management, integration, and technical services in support of the Chemical Materials Agency (CMA) and the Program Executive Office (PEO), Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (PEO, ACWA) missions. The requirements to be contracted will support; the chemical stockpile elimination, stockpile storage and the Non-Stockpile Chemical Material (NSCM) programs. Task orders will be issued on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) completion basis or Firm-Fixed Price. The contract minimum quantities/value is $2,500 for each contract award and the maximum quantity/value for all contracts awarded is $489,000,000 (aggregate).

The U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (Soldier, Chemical, Research & Test), Edgewood Contracting Division, will be soliciting offers to acquire program management, integration, and technical services in support of the Chemical Materials Agency (CMA) and the U.S. Army Element, Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (USAE, ACWA) missions. The requirements to be contracted will support; the chemical stockpile elimination, stockpile storage and the Non-Stockpile Chemical Material (NSCM) programs. A draft Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for Industry review on or about 31 March 2011 with comments/questions due within 15 days after date issued. Responses to comments received will be provided along with the final RFP. It is estimated the final RFP will be issued on or about 13 May 2011.
