The objective of this contract between NMFS AKR and the successful contractor is for professional services in the development of a written plan, including capacity building and communication in the Cook Inlet, Alaska region and potentially the Kodiak, Alaska region, for effectively responding to emergency events such as oil spills and die-offs of marine mammals under NMFS's jurisdiction.
