About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice from the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District is now canceled in its entirety and should not be pursued.
The notice originally anticipated solicitation issuance on or about July 17, 2021, with RFP due August 16, 2021, for professional diving services on an IDIQ basis. The requirement was designated 100% small-business set-aside and sought to award a firm-fixed-price contract with one base year and four option years, with performance beginning around September 17, 2021. The contract capacity was $5 million or five years, whichever arrived first.
Work would have supported the New Orleans District's navigation, flood-control, environmental, and Corps-related missions, including diving services and equipment to investigate, survey, and remove designated obstructions and sunken vessels. The contractor would furnish all labor, fuel, transportation, equipment, and supplies on a task-order basis. Evaluation was planned under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures per FAR Part 15, with technical factors to be defined in the RFP.
The solicitation has been canceled entirely; no further action is warranted.
