The content must include leadership materials, executive coaching, hands-on software training, certification preparation pathways, and learning modules that can be completed in under two hours. Eligible contractors should be prepared to provide comprehensive company details, including CAGE code, SAM.gov ID, business size status, and a detailed capability statement addressing all specified objectives. The solicitation welcomes prime contractors, subcontractors, and joint venture partners to indicate their interest in supporting this professional development content initiative for the Department of Defense.
