The services must include 2.5-3.5 hours of live streaming coverage, live interviews with base leadership and performers, sports-style flight demonstration coverage, and immersive content with on-screen graphics. The contractor will be responsible for providing sophisticated broadcast production equipment and personnel to deliver professional-quality coverage across multiple venues over the two-day event period. Key deliverables include live streaming production, integration of sponsor messaging, collaboration with 81st Training Wing and City of Biloxi Public Affairs for USAF messaging and marketing content, and consultation services throughout the event.
