About this opportunity

This notice seeks to acquire technical support services for product data systems and processes at Robins Air Force Base. Services include product data improvement efforts, management of primary and contingency data systems, and facilitating data migration and establishment of relationships. The Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center intends to solicit a sole-source five-year IDIQ contract with Northrop Grumman System Corporation. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the contractor's ability to satisfy the agency's minimum needs. The pre-solicitation notice due date is February 18, 2020.

There is no set-aside designated. The potential contract value is $93 million with a period of performance from September 2020 to May 2024. Pricing will include cost plus fixed-fee and cost reimbursable CLINs. The Government has determined that due to past unsuccessful attempts to identify additional vendors, Northrop Grumman is the only company able to meet its requirements for these specialized technical services. Once solicited, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration by the agency.
