•1. Provide a brief description of the process.
•2. Does the process comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations?
•3. How many times was the process tested?
•a. What types of companies or agencies?
•b. What is the range of award amounts for the contracts?
•4. What are the DOCUMENTED, measured results?
•a. How were results measured?
•5. How many protests have you had on contracts using the process?
•a. What was/is the result?
•6. How many claims have you had on contracts using the process?
•a. What was/is the result?
FEMA is not seeking a vendor to "test" a recently developed process or a process in development. FEMA is only seeking vendors who have developed a process, tested the process, and have clearly documented, measured results.
