About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of Education's Institute of Education Sciences seeks to award multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to support its research, evaluation, and statistics mission requirements across the Department of Education. Task orders will be awarded under five primary scope categories, and vendors must be approved in the corresponding category to bid on work. Interested parties were invited to review the draft statement of work and submit responses through the web form by March 24, 2022 identifying their capabilities and past performance within the scope categories.
The scope categories include education sciences support activities, assessment development support, communications and outreach, recruitment, and operational support. There are no set-asides designated. The incumbent contract is the Education Statistics Service Institute Network. Task orders will be awarded over the life of the ten-year vehicle, which replaces the incumbent contract and expands the Institute's requirements. Industry days were held on April 21 and 26, 2022 to provide additional details, and the request for proposals is anticipated for release in Summer 2022.
