The contract's performance timeline requires delivery of spare parts within 90 days and the new FCX unit within 230 days after contract award. While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the procurement is being funded through Foreign Military Financing funds, which come with strict requirements about procurement from U.S. firms. The government retains the right to seek an Offshore Procurement determination if doing so is in its best interests, though no such determination has been obtained for this current procurement.
