About this opportunity

The National Park Service Northeast Region is procuring EVERGENEMSRETRO SERIES Lighting System Assemblies for Hampton National Historic Site through this combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ 140P4225Q0058). The procurement seeks solar lighting systems specifically to repair and replace portions of the parking lot lighting system at Hampton NHS, with components including light assembly kits, fixtures, mounts, solar panels, batteries, and poles. This is a brand name sole source acquisition requiring contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. The award will be made to the lowest evaluated price among proposals that meet acceptability standards for three evaluation factors: price, technical capabilities to meet government needs, and delivery timeline. Electronic quotes must be submitted to Wendy DeLeon at wendy_deleon@nps.gov by Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM local time.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 335132 (Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing) with a size standard of 600 employees or fewer. The solicitation indicates this is a firm fixed-price contract opportunity, though specific award values are not disclosed in the available documents, with the price schedule showing multiple line items with zero dollar values that will be populated by offerors. The requirement encompasses various quantities of single and double light pole kits, mounting hardware, photovoltaic arrays, and associated equipment components. Performance will take place at Hampton National Historic Site, where the contractor will be responsible for delivering and potentially installing the lighting system assemblies to support the facility's parking area illumination needs.
