A: There is an online database in use by the existing contractor. However, this database is not owned by the government.

Question: Pricing for the equipment in the attachments is understood to be for proposal and price comparison purposes, upon award, the government would require a formal quote for all equipment covered on the contract at that time, and accept or reject those quotes for service, is this correct?

A: That is incorrect. Your offer is a formal quote used for award.

Question: Will you provide a list of preferred vendors if other than OEM?

A: No additional information will be provided at this time.

Question: Can the Government provide maintenance history(ies) on the equipment listed?

A: No, not at this time.
