This firm-fixed-price contract requires the contractor to perform comprehensive maintenance services including annual inspections, electrical connection checks, refrigerant pressure monitoring, leak detection, equipment cleaning, and submission of detailed maintenance reports. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and maintain an on-site supply of expendable parts while following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. The solicitation is identified as 19BX6025Q0016 and falls under NAICS code 811310 for commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance. Proposals are due by August 12, 2025 at 5:00 PM, with the primary point of contact being Lys Boon at BSBGSOProcurement@state.gov or +673-2387471.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is unrestricted competition. The contract structure includes a base year running from September 30, 2025 to September 29, 2026, with four optional one-year renewal periods, creating a potential 1+4 year total contract duration. The maintenance services are described as "1-visit only" annual preventive maintenance, though the contract documents indicate this is a re-compete procurement suggesting there may be an incumbent contractor. The estimated contract value is not specified in the available documentation, with pricing details to be completed by offerors. All work will be performed at the U.S. Embassy facility in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, with contract administration and payments handled by the American Embassy's Financial Management Office.
