Interested parties must submit a written response by March 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time to Coronica L. The evaluation will focus on the respondent's ability to support the specified technical support services, with a particular emphasis on providing proof of facility concept analysis and developing conceptual plans.
The current contract involves nine total contractors (six large businesses and three small businesses) and seeks to increase the shared contract capacity from $160 million to $258 million through a non-competitive modification. The contract has a two-year base period with one 36-month option period, and the current change ordering period ends on February 15, 2028. The procurement is being pursued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B)(i), which allows for non-competitive procurement when only one responsible source can satisfy agency requirements. Full design, construction, and repair services are explicitly excluded from the contract's scope. The modification is intended to support ongoing operations and ensure continued technical support for facility management and planning across defense and government sectors.
