About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is procuring one electrical power supply unit (HV) with NSN 7H-6130-015659011 (TDP VER 007, REF NR 6869024-1). This is a single-source procurement action, meaning the government intends to negotiate with only one source; however, all responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements to express interest and capability. The government does not own the data or rights necessary to purchase or repair this part from additional sources, and it has determined that acquiring such data or reverse engineering the part would be uneconomical. Interested parties should reference Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), and other standardized documents available through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at the Document Automation and Production Service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or through ASSIST-Online. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on January 22, 2025, with a due date of April 23, 2026, providing potential contractors with an extended timeframe to prepare their responses or capability statements.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation. The approved sources identified by the government are DB Controls (0R8S6) and Northrop Grumman (21877), indicating these firms have previously supplied or are capable of supplying this equipment. The contract requires delivery FOB Origin with a quantity of one unit. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, though the single-unit quantity and specialized nature of the high-voltage power supply suggest this is a limited-scope procurement. Prospective contractors interested in pursuing this opportunity should begin technical preparation immediately and may submit capability statements within the 45-day response window from the notice posting to demonstrate their capacity to fulfill this requirement.
