About this opportunity

The US Coast Guard seeks quotations for potentiometers (NSN 1560-01-HS2-0442, Rockwell Collins Part Number 382-0060-010), with quotations due July 21, 2026 at 09:00 am EDT. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, limiting competition to small businesses with a 1,250-employee threshold.

The requirement is for 10 units with delivery to USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina by September 10, 2026. All parts must have clear, documented, auditable traceability to Original Equipment Manufacturer Rockwell Collins, Inc. (Cage Code 13499) through OEM-approved sources; alternate part numbers are acceptable if traceability requirements are met. Parts must comply with FAA guidelines and airworthy commercial or military specifications to ensure aircrew safety. NAICS code is 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing); PSC is 1560 (Airframe Structural Components).

Award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Evaluation uses the Trade-Off source selection method and weights non-price factors (Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Delivery Capability) as more important than Price. Technical Acceptability is rated acceptable or unacceptable based on the ability to provide new manufactured commercial items from OEM or OEM-approved sources with exact part numbers. Past Performance and Delivery Capability are each rated as High, Satisfactory, or Low Confidence. Price is evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Pricing must remain firm for 60 calendar days from receipt deadline. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination with electronic invoicing to ALC-Fiscal@uscg.mil. All deliverables require Certificates of Conformance signed by authorized officials of approved sources and complete ownership documentation from manufacturing source to the Coast Guard.
