This procurement is designated as a Competitive 8(a) setaside, with the Government anticipating the award of up to five separate contracts to eligible 8(a) small businesses. The MATOC will be structured as a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a five-year base period and a six-month option period, resulting in an estimated total contract value of approximately $124 million. Performance will occur across multiple Maryland locations including Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Area, Graces Quarters, Carroll Island, Churchville Test Area, Blossom Point Research Facility, Adelphi Laboratory Center, and additional designated areas in Harford and Baltimore Counties.
