The Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to purchase a small pontoon boat capable of carrying an open channel ultra-violet (UV) reactor beneath its platform in the space between its pontoons for mobile Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) remediation efforts.  The UV reactor is not part of this procurement, only the boat, but the boat must be of certain dimensions for compatability with the HAB remediation program.  Most standard size pontoon boats are outside of compliance with the required dimensions. • Load carrying capacity for persons, motor, and gear of at least 1600lbs.
