The solicitation seeks to acquire two specific types of chairs: 13 Cushioned Portable Subject's Chairs (Part #76877P) and 6 Vinyl Adjustable Arm Subjects Chairs (Part #76870V). The procurement will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, with a firm-fixed-price contract approach. Quotes are due by 12:00pm EST/EDT on May 30, 2025, with quotes remaining valid for 90 days and all products to be delivered within 30 days after award.
This solicitation is a total set-aside for small business concerns, targeting vendors in the Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing (NAICS 334516) and Miscellaneous Furniture and Fixtures (PSC 7195) categories. The chairs will be delivered to multiple locations across the United States, including cities in Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Alabama, Illinois, Arizona, Kentucky, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. The primary place of performance is Washington, DC. The contract will include NET30 payment terms, and vendors must comply with various federal contracting requirements, including small business, labor, and telecommunications equipment provisions.
